'Welcome to the Oxfordshire Complex Needs Service'

The Oxfordshire Complex Needs Service is directly funded by the Department of Health to develop ways of working with people who have emotional or mental health difficulties, sometimes described as ‘personality disorder’ or ‘complex needs’; such difficulties are often treatable consequences of earlier experiences of poor treatment or exclusion.

The service is part of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, and works in close partnership with Connection the Floating Support Team, the Elmore Team, and Oxfordshire Mind.

We run groups in Oxford City, Banbury, Witney and Wallingford, with the aim of no one in the county being too far from a group. In addition we have agreements with Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Complex Needs Services that people from each county can access either service according to which is best suited or easier to get to.
